ABOUT DUBLIN
When we say Dublin, you probably think of Irish pubs. Well, you’re not wrong. Not at all. Dublin is the city of pubs and bars, with the Temple Bar as one of their most famous. It felt like a medieval city when walking in the city centre. Welcome to Dublin, Ireland.

Party like the Irish
Before we start, a little side note. Party like the Irish is great, but it’s at your own risk. These people drink their beers as if it is water. If you want to keep up with them you need to have what it takes. We tried at first but couldn’t keep up after a while. That’s why we, at a certain point, switched to enjoying the spectacle instead of continuing along. A few nice pubs to go:
The Temple Bar
The Brazen Head
The Cobblestone
The Long Hall
The Palace Bar
Hike at the Cliffs Of Howth
Cliffs of Moher
Cliffs of Howth
Howth is often overlooked when visiting Dublin. The Cliffs of Moher are advertised everywhere, which means Howth sort of falls by the wayside. This doesn’t mean they are not worth visiting. The good part of these cliffs is that they can be found right outside of Dublin. It is a walk of a few hours and it is probably wet, so dress appropriately. If you’re lucky and visit the cliffs on the right time, you might see a sunset.
Cliffs of Moher
You’re probably thinking: But why not the Cliffs of Moher? Well, the cliffs of Moher are more famous and probably more scenic, but they’re on the other side of Ireland. Not even close to Dublin. They do offer tours to Moher from Dublin though.
Read the Book of Kells
You can’t really read the book of Kells, unless you know how to read Kellish, but this book is worth the view. It can be found in the old library in Dublin, or Trinity College Library as it is officially named. The library is located in the heart of Dublin so you’re probably very close to it once you visit the city centre. It not just the book that makes this worth the visit, it is the construction of the whole library, as you can see on the picture below.

Where to eat & drink in Dublin
Any pub
As mentioned before, drinks you can have at any pub, with a few of them better than the other. Most of these bars of food as well. It isn’t the most special food, but the food will do and it is typical Irish food. It’s a little bit part of the experience.
Zakura
If you have read more blogs you have probably noticed that one of us is a big fan of Japanese food. When he heard of this place, he needed to check it out. With success ;)
Fade st. Social
Apart from it’s delicious food, the location of this place is also great. It is in a small cozy street which is full of life once it gets dark outside. You really feel the warmth of Dublin here, although is probably very cold outside.
